DIHT Department Director and Project Leader Michael Pfeiffer visited Beijing to head the German side in the 4th Session of the Project Advisory Committee. After negotiations with ACFIC Executive Vice President Zhang Xuwu and other ACFIC leaders, he signed a letter of intent on implementing a second phase of the partnership project with ACFIC. Pfeiffer came directly from Seattle (Washington, U.S.A.), where he had participated in the annual conference of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
