The chamber has agreed to enter the data of 70 % of
these members into the national membership database. By 2002-07-01, it has
entered 12.2 % of the members' data.
The chamber had previously cited software flaws, statistical
error in the number of its members, lack of cooperation by the members as the
main obstacles in entering more data of its members.
To support establishing the national membership database of
the Chinese chambers, the DIHK-ACFIC Partnership Project has provided computer
equipment worth RMB 13,550.00 (EURO 1,417.69) to Zhejiang Hangzhou City
Federation of Industry and Commerce since 1999-03-29. The equipment includes:
