The chamber has agreed to enter the data of 70 % of
these members into the national membership database. By 2002-07-01, it has
entered 13.0 % of the members' data.
The chamber had previously cited lack of funds, lack of
qualified personnel, lack of cooperation by the members as the main obstacles in
entering more data of its members.
To support establishing the national membership database of
the Chinese chambers, the DIHK-ACFIC Partnership Project has provided computer
equipment worth RMB 12,993.00 (EURO 1,476.29) to Shaanxi Province Federation of
Industry and Commerce since 1999-08-22. The equipment includes:
