The chamber has agreed to enter the data of 70 % of
these members into the national membership database. By 2002-07-01, it has
entered 5.9 % of the members' data.
The chamber had previously cited a change in the
administrative area it covers as the main obstacles in entering more data of its
members.
To support establishing the national membership database of
the Chinese chambers, the DIHK-ACFIC Partnership Project has provided computer
equipment worth RMB 13,550.00 (EURO 1,417.69) to Guangxi Guilin City Federation
of Industry and Commerce since 1999-03-29. The equipment includes:
